The 45-story tower One Sixty Madison at the corner of Madison Avenue and 33rd Street has finally unveiled its apartments.
Developer JD Carlisle picked the project up from North Hill Capital Management in 2012 and enlisted SLCE to finish the building. According to its listings, the building’s octagonal shape creates extra-long living areas “able to accommodate dining tables for 6-8 people, nooks that allow for beautiful ‘moments’ and unique perspectives of the city.” Just five apartments in the 319-unit building are listed: they range from a studio asking $3,318/month to a 2BR/2BA asking $6,351. All apartments have floor to ceiling windows, a Bosch washer and dryer, ceiling heights ranging between 9 and 12 feet, and Wheat Oak floors. [Curbed]– Zoe Rosenberg
